This guide will help you access and navigate your unit in VU Collaborate, so you can stay on top of your learning. You’ll learn how to find your learning materials, participate in activities, and track your progress throughout the unit. Whether you're new or just need a refresher, this guide will support you in making the most of your online learning experience.

Accessing Content

1. Log in to VU Collaborate, and navigatate to your unit space

2. Access your Learning materials:

• On the white navbar, click Learning Space
  
  
  
• On the blue navabr, click Content
  

Navigating the Learning Space

• Bookmarks (1) list the topics you have bookmarked. 
• Course Schedule (2) provides a list of important upcoming events.
• Table of Contents (3) lists all material relevant to the unit.
• Click on modules, and sessions to view topics pages
• Note your progress, ticks indicate all topics have been viewed, numbers indicate topics still to be viewed, and progress bar (5) gives an overview.
• Click on a topic page title, to view the topic page

Navigate topic pages

There are a number of ways to navigate between topic pages:

• Select links on the breadcrumb menu (1)
• Expand and Collapse the side panel menu (2)
• Bookmark (3) pages, for quick access
• View content in a new window (4)
• Navigate to the previous or next (5) topic page

Downloading and Printing

1. Click Download (1) to download a zipped file of the current module or session.
2. Click Print (2), to print the current page.
3. Click Alternate Formats (3) icon, to select and download a topic

Viewing Downloads

• Navigate to your downloads (1)
• Double click (or extract) zipped file (2)
• To view downloaded content (3)
